The same bungalow sees very different demand on a Saturday night in late October and on a Tuesday night in early December. The most accurate price is the one you get directly from the property for your dates and group size.

Season: the colour peak drives demand

The peak of the autumn colours at Yedigöller usually runs from mid-October to 15 November, and these weeks are the busiest of the year in the area. In practical terms, weekends in the middle of the peak fill up long before the Tuesday or Wednesday nights of the same week.

Day of the week: the biggest gap in Bolu

According to a Bolu Gündem report dated 25 May 2026, properties in Bolu run at close to 100% occupancy on Fridays and Saturdays, driven by the winter season and the mid-year school break, while occupancy between Monday and Thursday can drop to 10-15%. The same report puts the average length of stay in the city at 1.7 days, meaning most visitors to Bolu come for a one- or two-night weekend break. Because demand is so concentrated on weekends, midweek dates are more flexible on both availability and price.

Room type, group size and the "unit" of the price

In Türkiye some properties quote per room or per bungalow, others per person. Before comparing two quotes, make sure you know which one you are looking at. Breakfast and what is included

A nightly rate that looks low can become expensive once breakfast and parking are added. Ask three questions about every quote: Is breakfast included for everyone? Is parking charged? Is the price per unit or per person?

Minimum stays and last-minute bookings

At busy times some properties may require a minimum of two nights, so if you are planning a single night, ask at the start. At peak times a last-minute booking usually means "whatever room is left" rather than a discount. Last-minute availability is easier to find on quiet weekdays, but that is still no guarantee of a lower price.

The park fees come from the 2026 Protected Areas Fee Tariff of DKMP, the General Directorate of Nature Conservation and National Parks: Yedigöller National Park is a Category I site in the Black Sea-1 (Bolu) region. Under the tariff's implementing rules, the vehicle fee covers both the vehicle and everyone inside it, so no per-person fee is charged on top. For example, a family of four entering the park by car on two separate days pays 450 TRY in total. Foreign nationals pay a separate fee set per site at 5 to 10 times the domestic per-person fee; when they arrive by car, this fee is charged for each foreign visitor in the vehicle instead of the car fee.

Abant Lake and Gölcük are also Category I sites in the same tariff, so allow for the same fees if you add them to your itinerary.

A short note on taxes

Accommodation prices include accommodation tax as well as VAT. As reported by Bloomberg HT, a Presidential Decision published in the Official Gazette on 1 May 2026 cut the accommodation tax rate from 2% to 1% until 31 December 2026. For stays in 2027, check the applicable rate when you book and ask whether the quote includes taxes.

How should you budget by room type?

What information should you give when asking for a quote?

The right quote comes from the right information. When you call or send a message, give the following in one go:

1. Arrival and departure dates. At Nesilce, check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00.
2. Flexibility. Saying "I can move by a day" or "midweek is fine too" opens up more options.
3. Number of adults and the ages of any children.
